Show movement speed over cap in tooltip (same as resistances)

I’ve been playing however many years and didn’t realise movement speed was capped at 135%… just noticed, but don’t know how much I’m actually over the cap…

Would make sense to me to have the tooltip say “135% (+X% over maximum)”, same as resistances that are over cap.

+1 so much. Rly seems like an easy fix.

Would be nice. Grimtools, thankfully, displays this, but it’s nagged me that in-game does not.
