Item Ugdenbog Sparkthrower gives 2 buffs to skills, but only the one to primal strike applies as show on the skill, unlike storm box. Removing items, re-equipping them, reskilling the storm box, exiting the game doesnt work. No idea if its just visual bug on the skill description, cuz cant check the debuffs on the target sadly.
