When a melee skill does elemental damage, say primal strike, it does lightning, is it effected by cunning or spirit?
Guessing cunning but I just wanted to make sure.

The physical/bleed/pierce damage is effected by cunning, the lightning by spirit… So both.
Method of delivery doesn’t matter.
Attributes govern damage types.
Cunning - Physical, Trauma, Pierce, Bleed
Spirit - All the rest
Ah. Okay. I thought maybe it mattered if it was more a spell “cast” or a melee/ranged “strike”.
I’m torn on how I want to spend the majority of my attribute points for the classes I’m leveling, especially since you can’t refund them.
