No0b Question of the Day: Does Slam, from Chipped Claw component, work on a ranged weapon?
Yes it does.
And no offense, really, but wouldn’t it be faster to just try it out (or read: “Used in: ALL WEAPONS, Shields, Focus” in its very own description?) 
No offense taken. And, you’re right, I should have just popped the component in. But I’ve read a number of posts where someone will suggest doing X, and someone else will chime in with “Hey, Num-Nuttz, that doesn’t work with that type of weapon!”
I just thought I’d come to the Font of All Knowledge and ask.
