Could not find him anywhere today with my Infiltrator. It was a first playthrough of AoM chtonic rifts, but Infamy was maxed long before this game. Searched each rift twice and Mourndale 3 times. Even went to Edge of Reality and Ancient Grove, he wasn’t there. Can he now spawn in Bastion of Chaos? What the hell?
Most of the time when i encounter him it’s in the void’s edge.
I alway go for a full “playthrough” from Barrowholm to Malmouth’s first ruins. Remember to check every corner, literally everything (also visit rifts).
I found him on Mourndale many times
I had this happen last week, checked every known spot but no spawn. I made sure to check the maps posted on this forum, checked every location twice, still nothing. In the end I ended up clearing every chtonian in the whole expansion to no avail.
I think there might be a (pretty rare) bug here somewhere…
I had a bug few patches ago where some Nemesis monsters didn’t spawn at all, then it randomly disappeared (the bug I mean) and now I always get all nemesis spawn (most likely, haven’t hunted them in two patches).
In my case at least it was a total fluke. I had actually killed Grava in elite already on the same character and have had no troubles finding any of them since. Completely random and a one time thing, as far as I can tell. It’s proved impossible to reproduce.
My guess is that it has to do with his spawn animation that you can sometimes see where he flies down from the sky.
That’s because he’s busy streaming.
