Since conblizz set the standard for announcing games that will be released close to next decade (if not next decade due to delays), how about channelling your efforts to do some kind of trailer for Grim Dawn 2 next year. It will be perfectly fine if the actual release will be in 2033. I mean the big boys do it apparently
And anothe thing: remember, you are NOT Crate Games, you are actually called Crate Entertainment so how about partnering up with some kind of a streaming service to make an animated series set in the Grim Dawn universe?
Pre-production work hasn’t even started on GD2 and you want a reveal?
And what makes you think any major streaming service is going to be interested in an indie game by a small indie company. Would be amazing if they did though.

I was just being ironic at what happened at blizzcon with Blizz announcing d5 lol coming in 2029 or sth (even though d4 is still a half-baked sort of game) and new starcraft set for 2030?? I mean who cares about such long timelines, it’s pretty laughable imo but that shows how unprepared blizz was this year (with everyone speculating diablo 1 remake or new diablo 2 act lol)
And to try to hide their underwhelming lack of diablo-related updates, they also had this big announcement about an animated series set in the Diablo universe coming to Netflix. We are Blizzard Entertainment not Blizz Games they said, thus my irony in my initial post (although I would love to see any kind of series set in the GD universe, jokes aside, unfortunately I know its not going to happen).
When I saw the first animated opening for this game, I thought the same thing. DUDE!!! That would be sweeeeeeet. I would watch it. Hell yes. The animated opening for Ashes was friggen awesome.

Same. They ruined WoW retail, quit on D3, made that Immortal game for cell phones then put it for pc, and D4. No more Blizzard for me. I don’t care what they make anymore.
