I was playing SR55, Chunk 4 and the map picked was the Loghorrean arena.
I was fighting a boss on the north side and I jumped north to debuff the enemy. But my character landed outside of the map, beneath the floor. I could not move, jump, or blitz my way back up. I had to quit to the menu to get out of there.
Thanks for the report. Should be fixed in v1.2.
