Not sure if it’s the game or my computer but never had anything like this before this patch. Like here, at 5:39:
But also at different points of the video.

Yes! I just came here to see if anyone else was getting this. Very severe stuttering in my case, in campaign so it’s not specific to Crucible.
Briefly, everything disappears except the ground (as in your clip) and combat freezes (it seems one can’t take damage while it’s happening). The game doesn’t entirely freeze as it is possible to open the world map. Sometimes it recovers unaided. At other times, porting to a riftgate and back fixes it.
It only occurs in combat and seems like it might be triggered by certain graphical effects.
In my case this is with Linux and Nvidia. Haven’t had a chance to investigate the cause yet.
Hmm. I tried turning all graphics settings down to low/off, one by one. No effect, so turned them back up to ultra/v high. Again, it makes no difference.
Then I noticed that it was only happening when I attacked with Cadence. I could Shadow Strike for days and it wouldn’t happen. Switching out Cadence for normal attack has "fixed” it.
I don’t see any Cadence in your video though.
Edit: looks like you are using Firestrike and certainly no Cadence.
Cadence reliably produces this behaviour for me.
Fwiw, Onslaught doesn’t.
Unsure if it’s truly a problem in the game or on my side.
Behaviour is the same with Proton experimental, stable, latest cachyos Proton and GE 11.3.
I’m wondering if anyone sees this problem on Windows.
had the same issue, looks like the game is skipping frames or w/e is happening.
When the game was just updated yesterday, I felt relieved when warcry wiped out everything in the world.
Also had my character disappear and some weird flickering in devil’s crossing , windows 10 rx9070
