3 of them threw them at me at the same time and 3 shot me lol, in sr. i’m not complaining, its just weird that some random 50k hp trash mob can use such a powerful attack.
Only enemy I can think of that you ran into were some Cronley Heretics.

I believe one of the Riggs’s thugs also uses PB.

If those were Phantasmal Blades, Cronley’s Gang - Murderer uses them every time he sees the player. And yes, they deal a lot of damage.
