Would be a nice refresh when you are bored of running SR/Cru, and out of interests. Or random green MI with high % rare affixes as bounty reward. Especially noone does bounty quests when reached reverted faction.
Not sure if locking certain items behind bounty quests is a good idea, but I agree there should be an incentive to do bounty quests beyond humanity gain. Maybe reward the player with stuff that is otherwise only aquired by crafting, such as components like those lvl75 seals? Or blueprints, getting all of them is a real struggle so why not add them to bounty rewards.
