Some new modifiers still give Judgement 2 seconds dot

Judgment: increased Internal Trauma damage scaling with rank and increased its Duration to 5s. All modifiers that add a dot to Judgment have had their durations increased to 5s to match.

According to the changelog, these dots should also be adjusted to 5 seconds.
