Some prefixes do not drop

Among the rare prefixes for class skills, part of Arsonist’s(DE) and Assassin’s(NB), all of Heretic’s(OC) and Seer’s(SH) do not drop. Because, the 46th and subsequent records are Min Lv100(drop from Lv101) in the four prefixtables below. Please set it to Lv90 like other classes.

Depending on the minItemLevelEquation formula setting of the level range that appears is different for each item, so there are things that do not appear or have a very low probability with the current Affix settings Min Lv100.
I think it’s strange that only Heretic’s(OC) and Seer’s(SH) are difficult than other class settings Min Lv90.

unsure what you’re referring to (since i’m not that familiar with the tables etc)
just “pointing out”, heretics and seer do drop on the assigned slots

and was just using my stash to show it exists on each of the above slots (tho stash page doesn’t show the helms they are there if i scrolled up)

whether or not they drop less frequent/more rare than they should i wouldn’t know, but it’s definitely not “all” Seer’s/Heretics prefix that don’t drop as highlighted above :sweat_smile:
(and if part of Assassin/Arsonist doesnt’ drop i wouldn’t know, was again merely showing it’s not “all” heretic and seer prefix atleast)

While you’re not wrong that some of the prefixes are set to min 90 and some are min 100, that doesn’t prevent them from dropping nor does it make them rarer at level cap.

It works for MI items with targetLevelEquation set to (parentLevel*1).
But, it don’t works MI items with targetLevelEquation set to (parentLevel*1)-2.

Just create a small mod map and you’ll see.

But monsters and loot sources don’t generate at level 100.
