When I saved this game, it reported that entertainment was at 85%. Unfortunately, I don’t have a screenshot. (I checked the reported entertainment percentage right before saving because I was going to report that the library didn’t seem like it was doing anything, but then I was less than confident that I was right about that, so I deleted the bug report.)
When I loaded the game back up because I wasn’t confident I remembered the population correctly, this was the happiness readout:
This is doubly confusing to me, because it both is much lower than when I saved the game and also I don’t understand how everyone is top happiness despite a third of them not being happy about entertainment levels.
