Soo.. i saw this godlike Templar build..

I jumped into a Gladiator crusible game yesterday with only 1 person
pretty much farming it. And i was impressed to say the least when i saw
how easily he killed ANYTHING that approached him.

He was L100 and literally just standing still in the center of the map,
and annihilating anything that got in line of sight to his beam.
From what i could tell, he was specced into Aether ray with Tainted power,
because the beam was red. He also must’ve had a ton of on-hit
devotion powers because not only was his red beam of death instakilling
ANTHING it hit. He had more fireworks shooting around him than a 4th july in the US.

I’ve tried checking the build compendium but the only build there is fire,
so we either have someone who’s hacked their own character, or someone
has a godlike Templar build that they haven’t shared yet.

Anyone seen anything like this ?. A Templar standing in the center of
a Gladiator 150-170 and melting monsters faster then a nuke melts icecream.

Pff, as if there would be a viable use for tainted power.

But if such magnificent tainted power build exists, I would love to play it.

Doesn’t sound like templar unless it was some weird ViT AAR since you said he had trasnsmuter

Instakilling sounds a bit iffy though You can’t do that with Magehunter using black flame set. And that’s dedicated trasnmuted AAR

Were the circles on the ground blue or red? It’s mage hunter if they’re blue. Warlock if they’re red.

I wouldn’t trust public multiplayer games to begin with, guy could’ve easily had his character tweaked in GDstash and GDdefiler.

Which makes me wonder, cuz I never did that, if you had unlimited devo points, skill points and attributes what would be the strongest build?

Auramancer + vanquisher paladin. You have vm spam for movement and censure so that whenever someone gets near it dies instantly (we theoretically have unli spirit so we put as much as we can to 1shot even calla :p)

I think the cap is 9999 for attributes. I don’t think one-shotting Calla with Censure is achievable by honest-to-God GDStashing. :frowning: You’d have to mod gear for that.
