Sound Spike when Alt-Tabbing back into the game

There is an incredibly loud sound spike (~1sec) when alt-tabbing back into the game. Returns to normal volume afterward.

also happens when alt-tabing windowed fullscreen with 0 background frames option (contrary to known issues post)

Also had this happen - i even have a clip of it (because i was streaming - not with this name, so no advertising) if someone wants to see it. For 1-2 seconds i had VERY loud sounds after switching back from alt-tab.
