Is there a way to spawn my created items so I’m able to see the results in the game or how do I know they’re working correctly?
Honestly, your best bet is to do what I do. Have the chestloot for the dead person on the bridge outside of DC always “drop” your specific item. I have to start a new game, run over there…loot the corpse and boom…i can test my new item.

Another possible solution came to my mind: how about building a mod with the whole base game file structure in it and replace the original database.arz? In that case GD Stash should be able to read the new items and allow them to be added via its Crafting function, right?
You can just add the recipes to the main game, Tutorial sticky has the solution posted.
