Hello, Ive created my first and simple mod that increases the caps on stats like Movement Speed, Attack Speed, and Cast Speed.
(Note, I am on Forgotten Gods)

gameengine.dbr edits:
• Player Movement Speed increased from 135 to 300
• Player Attack Speed Cap increased from 200 to 500
• Player Cast Speed Cap increased from 200 to 500
