das Spiel stürzt immer wieder ab. Es gibt einen Fehlerbericht als Bild. Alle Treiber sind auf dem neuesten Stand.

When is the crash occurring?

Quite normal when playing sometimes it crashes after an hour, after 30, 20 minutes is always different.

First steps to try would be to verify game files and make sure drivers are updated.

If the issue persists, it is probably generating a Crash Log. These can be found in:

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp

This folder may be set to hidden by default in your folder options, so make sure to enable hidden items. Inside this directory, you will find a folder called Crash_Date_Bunch of Numbers (ex. Crash_2022-08-02_171459771.

Hi Slawa,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having problems running FF. Looking at your DxDiag.txt, it appears that you have 2 1080 video cards each driving a monitor. It looks like your drivers are up to date. Though this is a fairly uncommon setup, I think it should be fine.

Looking at your crash dump, it appears that you crashed when switching video resolution:

You didn’t mention that you we doing that when you crashed, so that does seem a bit odd. I also noticed that the application ROGLiveService.exe has crashed multiple times recently:

Again, it doesn’t seem like that would be related, but that app does do some gaming/graphics things. If I were you, I would disable/uninstall that app to see if it helps. You can see more about that here:

I do not have the ROGLiveService.exe there at all. No service and no process.
And the video resolution also does not switch.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
das Problem, wieso das Spiel bei mir immer abstürzt, habe ich gefunden. Es lag an der Grafikauflösung. Ich eine Auflösung von 3848 × 2160 bei der Auflösung ist das Spiel immer bei mir abgestürzt Bild mit dem Fehler beigefügt. Es wird auch nicht ein Crash Reporter-stellt. Jetzt habe ich die Auflösung von2560x1440 und keine Probleme. Ich hoffe, das hilft euch weiter.
