Do barrels reduce spoilage of everything, ie would they make my glassware last longer or is it just food and herbs?
They seem to go in every warehouse automatically, even ones with only tools + arrows in stock.
I’ve never seen glassware spoil… I’m assuming its only the spoilable items in the stockhouse that the barrels would affect… Food, Herbs,Med Roots, Willow, Wheat, etc. But honestly any sane person would uncheck all of the above cept willow and wheat since it can’t go into the root cellar anyway
That’s exactly what I’ve done, all food / herb / meds etc go in root cellar.
Which makes me question if barrels are actually doing anything in a normal warehouse. I thought maybe other items could expire for whatever reason;
Glass - Break?
Tools - Rust?
Furniture - Rot?
Thats a pretty fair question. Maybe we should be able to control wether a storage building does take in barrels or not.

Yes that would be my next question if barrels truly aren’t doing anything in some warehouses.
