When I want to move my storage cart, and I hit the move button in the information pop up, the flag goes where the button is on the information window, but on the map underneath the window (if that makes sense) - the wheel with the arrow doesn’t show up so I can choose freely. Then I have to keep selecting the wagon, and trying to select the move cart till the wheel with the arrow shows up so I can move the cart where I want. Does it at about 2-3 times before I can get the wheel to show up.
