From what I noticed while testing a build, the bleeding damage from Storm Surge only procs on the first enemy you hit with Primal Strike. The subsequent lightning bolts from Torrent that jumps from enemy to enemy does not procs any bleeding dmg.
Is this intended, right? And why? ;-; I theorycrafted a build that looked cool as f*ck.
