How does the above names Tincture work? When I cast it I see no change in my Stats nor any indicator in buffs. I am assuming that it does what it does unless and until you either die or change toons. Help? I’m an old man trying to understand. Thanks for any help!
It’s an attack item, not buff
So how does it respond? Does it just add muscle to my abilities? The problem I have is when I drink it I don’t see any change in my abilities or my character. If you could tell me what to look for it would be helpful. Thank you very much!
