I’ve just finished Normal and I want to take this first post of mine on these forums to thank the Crate team for such a wonderful, enjoyable, and replayable game, that takes over the previous experience with Titan Quest and brings a worthy upgrade.
I have a small beef with the game story in which we don’t really get to see a satisfying solution to the hunger problem in Devil’s Crossing. That’s my town and those are the folks that saved my life and welcomed me in. So when I set out west to Homestead in search of a food supply solution, you can imagine how important it was for me. Unfortunately, the game sort of forgets about this major endeavor and abandons that plot line around the time I’m cleaning the Blood Grove. Well into the last boss, poor Captain John Bourbon is still hoping I can solve the problem, but the quest line has already been abandoned and none of the NPCs at Homestead have anything more to say about it, despite all the work I have done at Homestead and to the North. With the death of the final boss, Captain Bourbon doesn’t mention the food shortage anymore and that’s it.
I would like to request some manner change to the dialog interaction so that at least we can have a feeling of closure to that issue. Just something that makes the player feel he achieved that important task. Maybe a change to the dialog possibilities with Douglas or Captain Somer in Homestead and Captain Bourbon in Devil’s Crossing.
