This set supports 3 masteries, all of them have bleeding skill dmg/rr debuff. This would be nice for bleeding builds, as they are mostly restricted with only one option: Bloodrager set.
Here is my suggestion: +104% bleeding dmg to each piece of this set.
3 pieces: +300% bleeding dmg with +100% increased duration or 20% total bleeding dmg but -80% duration.
add 800 bleeding dmg/4s to DEE (may be its too much, should be tested).
+2 more points to Tectonic shift. (19 ->21).
250 bleeding dmg/2s to Primal strike. (should be tested too).
(optional) : The crimson claws: +2 to Primal bond.
