There are nowadays a lot of interesting green amulets in the game, but in hardcore mode it is hard for them to compete with all the purple options that have +3% to max all resist. So I was thinking if an amulet affix gave +2% to max all resist you could get some of that tankiness on your green amulet builds without overshadowing the purples.
