Suggestion for more skill slots for game-pad players.

Hello,
I am new here in the forum as I am in the game, so maybe my suggestion is not attractive for advance players. I am not sure if this is the thread for this, so I am sorry if I am in the wrong place for this.

Here’s the suggestion: is it possible for game pad users to have one skill slot bar for primary weapon and another for secondary weapon? I mean, when you press to change weapons(left button on gamepad), you have another skills slot bar to assign.
I don’t know if this will make any sense for higher level players and characters, because as I am new to the game, I think it might have a possibility of not being of any use for advanced characters.

And another thing that I have just thought of: maybe we don’t need a Portal button(right button) as we can travel using the map and can open portals with the interface button. Maybe right button could be used for accessing a second skills slot bar?

Perhaps I don’t know what I am saying, but thank you for reading this.

Crate are in the process of making an XBox version while will have improved gamepad support and that will most probably make its way to the PC version as well. :slight_smile:

The current gamepad config is only available because one of the programmers managed it code a working pad as an out of hours personal project.

Just a slight update to my earlier post, improved gamepad config for the pc is an ongoing project and not just my guess that it will cross over from the console version. So at some unknown point in the future there will be gamepad improvements. :smiley:

This game has a very long future ahead, we’ll be playing Grim Dawn games for many years, we waited too long for a game like this.
