Suggestion Make Fateweaver a Set

Chest Armor
Pants
Shoulders

I have a suggestion. These items with same name have different qualities. The common features of them that they are for elemental damage builds which based around Arcanists and they can be used with sorcerer/mage hunter/druids(maybe more) except for the fire>aether conversion on the mantle. Melee Druid builds mostly lack OA and they have a potential to get high crit damage multiplier. My suggestion is that make these three items a 3 pieced set. Change fire>aether conversion on mantle to aether>lightning or elemental. Give a OA and DA with maybe some disruption and damage reflection resist set bonus and remove fade from reality on the mantle instead give it as last the set bonus skill. So that there will be a set that involves melee sorcerers, mage hunters and druids which is non-existing right now. Of course range or caster builds also can use the set but if you don’t like that you can put a melee skill on the mantle or legs and you can remove prismatic shield. Prismatic Shield with lower CD can be set skill bonus aswell. It will create alternatives for most of the elemental builds.

But sets never include pants.

Except Eastern set, yes.

Strange that one set has pants.

I don’t think that the game vanish from existence or other sets riot if a set contain a pant.

Nice idea, but

Hmmm all druids have made and see have crazy high OA due to tenacity of the boar, inner focus and overload, so a GT link to a low OA Druid would be apprechiated.

Or remove all global conversion and made it viable for both elemental and aether builds. Another bonemonger type set would be awesome.

The Explorer Set says hello! :sunglasses:

They have them as well? :woman_facepalming: Maybe I’ve never seen them. :woman_shrugging:

Medea, time to save the day. Legendary sets never include pants.

Btw there are lot’s of armor that have same or similar names but are not set, for example new thread today about Fiendfliesh pet items.

Sets rhyme with pets, we don’t need any more of either.

Or Ignaffar. Which items ofc block all (elemental) FoI sets lol.

Not if you play spam Elemental damage Primal Strike not Lightning+Physical. I’m testing something different and not finished yet but it seems I’m not going to reach my expected OA levels. Here it is;https://www.grimtools.com/calc/DV9Ljpl2. There is no need for augment and item suggestions, I haven’t even finished AoM yet and there is still FG so not revered with all faction etc. After all finished I’m gonna make the real changes to optimize the build. But the point is, I was going to make more Elemental based build that hit some real crit but in the end to reach even avarage OA seems impossible. I needed Lightning items and augments etc and to reach nice AS and I had to get the Reckless Power instead of Stormcaller Pact which I was thinking to get just for it’s critic damage. And with all optimization to increase OA, DA and physical resist will be so low that even lifesteal won’t save me. So after I have all the items I need and changing the devotions+ augments a bit we will see the latest result but to get the balanced result I would have to settle 2.8-2.9k OA around so it’s not high. Of course I thought about using the tenacity of the boar but it is a big loss skill points.

And let’s go back to topic. I see why not? I made only suggestions so if it is going to be a set there might be different bonusses and etc but they have same name, same design and colour, they also look good together. I mean is there a rule that writes on Crate’s wall says ''NO LEGENDARY SET’S CAN INCLUDE PANTS! ‘’. We don’t want pantless warriors  :stuck_out_tongue:

For another example this 2H Melee Sorceress build of mine can use a set like that.

Interesting idea for a PS build. It wouldn’t be bad if Fateweavers items were to be a set. We do not have a set for melee/ranged elemental trio - Demolitionist, Arcanist and Shaman. I actually really want one now.

+1 from me

It would be cool with that Arcanor sword with two Devastations

P:S. I made a Warlock with the Scion of Arcane Force. I will post in a few days.

Using Savagery as a buff is the worst QoL thing ever.

I agree, it’s not suitable for my playstyle either.

I don’t mind using it at all. The OA/DA, phys res, slow res and attack speed is totally worth it imo, but to each their own.

Of course but not every build has the luxury of extra 15 skill points.
