Phys–>cold conversion here seems outdated and redundant, like a relic of ancient times when it had physical base.
Also, none of the masteries hat can use it - Arcanist, Necro or NB - don’t have any phys damage to convert, neither have skills like SS or BH.
So I suggest changing the conversion to Pierce–> Cold.
