[Suggestion] Rework Fighting Spirit duration/recharge to sth similar to Deadly Aim's one

Pretty much the title.
Deadly Aim, despite nerfs, is still a must-have on all Inquisitor builds and is often soft-capped to 12/12.
And what’s good about it is the thing that it has equal duration/recharge time.

Now, about Fighting Spirit. There’s one thing that annoys most builders about it and the main reason why it’s often a 1-pointer - it’s really long CD - 16 seconds, which makes soft-capping it even with CDR a questionable thing.
And the tendency is FS is in a rather bad spot compared to Deadly Aim.

So, my suggestion is to reduce it’s recharge time to 8 seconds so it can be similar to Deadly Aim and it would make some more sense to take FS for more than 1 point.

Tested 12/12 fighting spirit and 8/12 maelstorm on ultos warder with 31% cdr and its worse than 4/12 fighting spirit and 16/12 maelstorm. So I agree, fighting spirit can get some love

Agred with @afanasenkov26. On my phys PRM build https://www.grimtools.com/calc/DV9RmWPZ supercharged much stronger than fighting spirit.

+1 from me, I usually take FS to reach 25% activation and if I have spare point I’ll soft max it and sometimes more. So more up time is always a welcome.

+1 here as well.

I think the 8sec activation/16sec CD harkens back to the old skills in Soldier (in the early Alpha) and in the early GD design philosophy of randomized bouts of power. Kind of a “luck” sort of thing like seen with the old level 50 Soldier skills before they were altered to became Exclusive buffs or with the old Lucky Strike in NB (not too sure on the name, it’s been a while since the skill existed).

+1 But if it is going to happen along with some nerfs -1. They probably lower the scaling and accelareting of the skill, and make it a must capped skill to reach proper OA and Damage bonusses. I know Zantai’s Mind :stuck_out_tongue:
And If I can spare points I always keep it hardcapped because it provides hell of a flat OA, at 17/12 310 OA and %250 damage bonus for an 8 sec makes it a very convenient support skill. I’m aware that the CD is very long, but adding somewhere or plural -CDR modifier to Fighting Spirit is also an option which more likely to happen and I would say +10 for that, there is already a MI medal for that and there can be some purples with that modifier too.
