Summon Familiar (raven) lightning strike question

I see that the Summon Familiar skill says “scales with pet bonuses”.

My question is with the Lightning Strike skill you can unlock for the Raven later in the tree. It shows that it does lightning damage. Does this also scale with pet bonus damage?

Or, does it scale with regular player +lightning damage bonus?

Or both?

I came across this build, that seems to focus on the raven, but the majority of the lightning damage bonus in grimtools shows its on the player, not pet

It only scales with pet bonuses. Player stats are irrelevant and won’t change anything.
