Super Build, 3min 30s Slaughtered Avatar of Mogdrogen Ver.1006

I dont get frozen because of skill disruption from War cry …
WTF do i need to justify myself.
i hope you guys gonna apologize when you release this build is legit.

Speaking of War Cry, does it also prevent the Mad Queen from activating her aura?

its incredibly powerful, and disrupt a lot of boss, didnt pay enough attention about Mad Queen but it should work.

End-game content includes

  1. Crucible
  2. Hidden Path Secret Boss -Mad Queen
  3. Nemesis
  4. BoC and SoT

It doesn’t include the Avatar, he doesn’t drop anything special (no seriously, those shoulderpads suck imo). If you want to beat him so badly, the game encourages you to do so by making a different build (as Norzan stated somewhere above). It’s good he’s so ridiculously strong, it’s a nice challenge

DO you know BOSS cant be skill disruption?their resistance about skill disruption is 500%.You even dont know basics of GD!you don`t need to justify, kill two Moosilauke the Chillwind in 15s is more enough.

I wasn’t sure as until recently i thought she was immune to Nullify and War Cry. But someone in some thread said you can indeed nullify her, so i thought war cry might work as well.

P.S

Drizzto don’t feed the troll

If I can hijack a bit more, do you really feel like endgame farming in GD is anywhere near as fun as Diablo 2?

I don’t – it’s still fun enough to compel me to go on legendary hunts, but there’s nowhere near the joy when I do get a legendary. Too often it’s like a sword that focuses on poison damage, and I don’t have a character that wants that so much even among over 20 characters I’ve made already.

That’s different from D2. I might collect a crossbow with my Barbarian that deals poison damage but my bowzon could immediately use that. Same with a crossbow that deals cold damage. Same with fire damage. My bowzon could have use for all of them, even my barbarian could use these crossbows effectively if he wanted to have a ranged weapon swap. The items weren’t so specifically made for, say, a witchhunter who likes to shoot stuff who took all the poison devotions and skills he could to get +1000% poison damage/duration modifiers.

One of the reasons I never felt so starved on stash and inventory space in D2 even though it was smaller was because of that. I was using more items than I was stashing, most of my stashes were only filled with some duplicates I might want to keep even though I had another one equipped on a character already, or low-level items that were useful for a wide variety of builds to level up (there weren’t that many I settled on since many items worked for many builds).

It’s another issue but one of the things that gets tiring to me more quickly about GD endgame. When an epic or legendary hits the floor, more time I groan than get excited, having already seen the item before and/or not having any use for it among the couple dozen of build ideas I’ve tried so far.

Mate, make a separate thread and ask around before accusing people.

NO…it shouldn’t because the bosses esp the nemeses have disruption res of 500%…

The ref is from Grimcalc which I think is reliable…

Getting curious how you build your char, could you please post it, w/ all the equips you have maybe?

Check closely the video, when i cast warcry every ice crystal stop throwing their bolt, and if i was playing markovian build in this situation i would definitly need an Hoarfrost Ointment.

Kill two Moosilauke the Chillwind in 15s,i`m scared out of my pants.

I have a habit i picked from Diablo II of directly saving Deckard Cain, sometimes i didn’t do Den of Evil and Blood Raven till after i killed Baal.

On my first profile here i skipped Warden till after Amalgamation OR Herald of Flame.

I got curious and found out that there aren’t many mandatory quests in the game. -

He responded before i could, you need to watch the video in better resolution

Speaking of which, does the OP have a better quality video of the Mogdrogen fight?

Well yeah i do actually. In GD, items are more useful than in d2. There you only hunted for certain items like shako, soj, and few others. I always found it kinda boring in the long run because “oh, another piece of sigon’s”. Reason for this was also the runewords, which pretty much made most weapons and body armors useless, or at least cheap af.

In GD you can find so many useful and interesting items, quality of unique items is much better and i love it. I kinda miss the super rare loot options which d2 had; the runes. The drop rates were amazingly low (i never found a HR in about 4 years time) But something super rare like that added to GD would be awesome, as long as it’s not game breaking.

Nice to see fellow D2 player! I feel a bit different in GD because I mean just take act 1 quests. It’s not 6 compartmentalized into act 1 quests in the log.

It’s like get scrap for well, kill Viloth to clean the water, collect dynamite for inventor, collect aether crystals for inventor, find Isaac’s stash, kill Jillius/Neegan/Farros, confront Direni, collect fabric, find caravan driver, save Elsa, kill reanimator, etc. etc. – phew – argh!!! It was fun for the first couple of times on my first character between normal and elite. Even with that first character in ultimate, I felt like gouging my eyeballs out.

There’s no game like this ever before that made me value run speed so much to the point of sacrificing character effectiveness for it. And it wasn’t to help me in battle at all, it was just to avoid dying from tedium with all the repetition running all over the same places again and again.

Now in fairness we can skip almost all of them as you said. I think we can even totally skip killing the Warden and rush to act 2 if we have the scrap and iron. But it doesn’t feel right when some of them we can’t avoid from spamming the quest log and the on-screen active quest log starts accumulating and accumulating to the point of scrolling off the screen. It also feels like we’re missing out when so much experience can be gained (and sometimes skill points, attribute points, valuable components, bloods, ancient hearts, etc.) from these quests. They feel a lot more compulsory to me than D2 (which only had a few optional quests I considered essential to do because their rewards were so high, and the active quest log being compartmentalized by act made it feel like I could skip some and come back way later).

Dunno if I’m explaining it very well. All I can say is that it feels really, really repetitive after the 100th time in ways that didn’t quite as much to me in Diablo 2 (though Diablo 2 was a bit worse than Diablo 1 to me in that regard and sometimes I did groan a few times in, say, act 3 when we had to collect eye, heart, etc).

Any attack will cause Mad Queen Payback attack when she is red,do you know that?So how did you survived with Targo`s hammer,it will case 5 times Payback attack, then Payback attack will case more hammers, more hammers will case more Payback attack……That will case more than 100K damage!

But.

I liked Sigon’s

It was the first item set i got to complete

I give you the LINK ,you can try it.I will not made a esolution before testing. We can`t kill one in 15s!
