System boot failure

This is second time it happened in this month. I wonder if it’s not PSU failing with voltages? because PC powered on after 3rd attempt, not 1st like it should.

Running this system 8 years, never had BSODs, or any serious problems.

Mem: Patriot Sector5 VIPER II DDR3 2x2GB 1600mhz Cl8 Dual, XMP Profile
CPU: Intel Core i5-750 QuadCore, 2.66 GHz (running on auto mode since beginning, 3.20 GHz)
Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-P55A-UD4 rev.1
PSU: Chieftec (CFT-600-14CS) 600W

might be just parts are just showing its age…

This may be a problem with CMOS battery, PSU or motherboard. Try to load BIOS default settings, if this won’t help then try another PSU and after motherboard.
