Lets check the devo with its procs.
Now lets check other T3 procs.

So as we can see this devo proc has longer cd than the others, has smaller damage overall because its a single instance big pop, has no wd% and/or flat (with adtch) so it doesnt help sustain, neither does it have any special debuff or racial damage like others do, instead it has the super annoying confusion. Acid builds aren’t exactly the top tier damage dealers in this game, neither are they extremely tanky builds (excepting retals) by comparison to others. Moreso despite this devo proc not offering too much, it also needs to be attached to a skill in order to be procced.
Suggestion: reduce its cooldown a bit, switch the proc to when hit, add wd% to it so it actually helps a bit with sustain, add a portion of flat damage to it and either an amount of adtch or a good chunk of OA shred to help acid builds sustain a bit (but you have Guardian’s Gaze for adtch. yeah we do, but most builds wont be able to convert chaos to acid for proper sustain from guardian gaze).
And while we’re at it i hardly suggest making abominable might proc when hit too as a qol improvement for several chaos builds out there that really struggle to proc both abominable might and dying god. Its enough that they can’t keep them up permanently and have terrify retal, lets at least help them with minus one button to press (most chaos builds need to either add solael mark that’s barely used and actually gimps the builds, or bind one of these 2 procs to movement runes with an unreliable proc chance, further promoting clunky gameplay and constant interruption).
Edit. I would also like to suggest either decreasing the cooldown on fist of vire even more or increasing its radius.
