FireWood looks pretty good, as far as I can see there’s only two ‘real’ active skills (Blood of Dreeg & Curse of Frailty), which sounds good to me!

3 active skills since we have Grasping Vines to trigger Shepherd’s Call .

I don’t have much issue with farming, that’s what ARPG’s are all about! Just curious though, is double rare greens like a hundred hour kind of grind or a thousands of hours kind of grind ?

Depends on how much the RNG gods bless you . Good news is that as long as you get atleast one pet bonus on those items, you can make do and also we now have the option to reroll affixes.

I’m guessing I just follow the “How to Level” section in the FireWood guide? Or should I follow Dark Rose - Lazy Dark One’s Set Budget Pet Conjurer until I get the double rare greens?

Both are kind of the same . Because the How to Level is copied directly from the Dark Rose. Dark Rose is essentially like a stepping stone once you reach level 94 but don’t have any good items you can use to reliably farm for the endgame build.

So it essentially goes like this - How to Level until level 94 > change to Dark Rose > change too Firewood once you have atleast the full Beastcaller set and something like Korvaak’s Burning-Blade.

This is another option - Nocturne – Lazy, Budget, Player scaled Pets, Conjurer & Ritualist, but it is a pseudo pet build and plays more like a caster with active button presses required. The tradeoff being that it is way stronger than Dark Rose.
