YUP! I am making a go at it again, this time as a Werewolf. I’ll update my progress as I finish each act. It’s easier than every 10 levels. Plus, this is just for fun anyway. Maybe it will work or maybe I will have to scrap it and go either the Thane or Zealot route. But, I shall try the Mystic first. Since, I do not have a second class with skills that benefit a sword -n- board playstyle, that gives me the freedom to use any weapon, shield, off-hand combo that will provide the most Physical, Acid, and Poison damage.

I forgot to add that I am using https://www.nexusmods.com/grimdawn/mods/239 so that I can look like the acid werewolf.
So… I just finished Act 1. As I would expect this early in the game, no deaths. Level 27. I went with anything I could get my hands on until level 20, (I actually used a Slithbane), then I put my big boy pants on and at level 20 set. At 21, my sword. Devotions will be a copy from my first poop character for the time being. I’ll have to mess around with GrimTools Calculator to see if I can scrap a constellation and try something different.
Now, I am off to face Cronley’s gang with a fist full of pwnage!

Finished Act 2. Level 39. Still using the Level 20 Miasma set. LOL! Trash mobs remain easy fodder. However, 3 bosses gave me a run for my money. Cronley, Ellena (notes quest), and Kilrian. Still no deaths. Of course, still early. I opt’d to go with devotion path #2. No pun intended. Figured I would try something different. Still hilarious that a werewolf is running around Cairn pwning mobbies with poop. Lycanthrowpoop indeed! Now I am off to start some Homestead goodness.

Act 3 is done. L46. Still no deaths, big surprise. NOT! Only Malkadarr was a bit of a pain to fight. I scoured my mules and I really didn’t have much in the way of gear, just pieces that I used on the Grim Poop Thrower and 2 new ones (belt, ammy). At least I had something. It works. So, I can’t complain.
I know I can skip Fort Ikon and all those lovely Black Legion quests and start on that FoA goodness. But I won’t. Plus, I like doing the Hidden Path and East March area. I only do Port Valbury for the shrine. I do those after I finish the core game. Good thing I need to quest in AoM and FG before fighting Beronath. I have a feeling he will kill me good. But, you never know. Maybe I will find some goodies along the way. I’ll LOL when I finally pwn him with poop, even on normal mode.
Slight change to the devotion path. I dropped Jackal for Rat.
Okay. Core game, The Hidden Path, Bastion of Chaos, and Port Valbury is done. L55. No deaths still. But Bloodlord Thalonis and that human boss in East March gave me a little trouble. Some fancy footwork made the fights doable, especially using Rip and Tear. Using Perdition set (again). Other than that, slightly different from my first poop thrower. This time I has a purple sword.
I changed my devotion path… again.

Now to start the first half of that FoA goodness. WOOT WOOT! Uncharted territory for some pwnage by poop.
First death was in FoA content. Level 60. Doing Restless Dead quest. Lady Hassia Flameblood killed me as I killed her. With only 35% fire resist, she packed quite a punch. Ate through my almost 13k health like it was nothing. Oh well. At least I killed her and I had a rift open nearby, so I didn’t have to do the long walk of shame.
Started Noktukari rep at Level 62. No Altar.
Kill 200 Cthonians. Necropolis Interior has 200.
Steps of Torment. Abused Curse of Frailty. Threw lots of poop. Alkamos went splat. I got one of his rings too.
Kill 200 Aetherials. Nice and easy. Fort Ikon and Plains of Strife. Plenty to pwn with poop.
Kill 200 Cthonians. Necropolis Interior has 200. E Z P Z!
Kill 200 Aetherials. Back to Fort Ikon and Plains of Strife.
Kill 200 Cthonians. Same game as the last two quests. Off to the Bastion of Chaos.
Looking at Nok’s goodies, looks like you only have to get to revered once.
All flasks are unlocked. I thought I would have to do that with each character. NOPE!
That’s good. I noticed that I forgot to do a quest anyway, so I am back to the Dread Waste.
Well, at least I got 2 levels out of doing those quests for the ol’ Birdman.
Finished first half of FoA. Didn’t use the altar. Level 64. 1 death. Getting a bit tougher without an upgrade to the pants, 11 more levels for that. The World Tear kept me on my toes the entire time, but that also made it exciting. The boss was easier than I imagined, just some minor footwork to avoid from going splat. Now, I am off to start some AoM.
Second death when I was heading to the Blackiron Docks. Level 72. I got swarmed by trash mobs and pwned hard. I couldn’t even evade or rip and tear out of the scrum. I might have been stunned or severely slowed. I don’t know. Luckily the Crown Hill rift was close by, so no long walk of shame.
Did the Ancient Grove quest for both Nok and Mog for a total of 69k quest experience points. The boss fight was okay, my poison killed him tho, not the acid damage. Of course, I had to slap him in the face with a Curse of Frailty. About to do the last portion of AoM.
Finished AoM. Level 74 (1 more level till I get upgraded pants). 2 total deaths so far. But the journey as a werewolf going around throwing poop at mobs and watching them die in a nice little poopsplosion is absolutely fun. Now it’s time to take this poop show onto the road. Off to FG.
Finished FG. Only got 3 levels out of it, but I got my level 75 upgrade to my pants so that’s good and I was able to get the Yugol proc from my devotions. Black pools following me around is pretty cool. Too bad they aren’t brown. Then they could be liquid poop pools. No more deaths. Not even the last boss gave me any trouble. Well off to finish Nok’s quests to get to revered and then I will start the second half of FoA. I already know that Beronath is going to roflstomp my werewolf face. But I will fight him anyways, because it’s fun.
Almost done with FoA. I did it backwards. I decided to do Nok’s quests after I pwned Beronoth with poop.
YUP! I duddits. I pwned him with poop and didn’t die. WOOT WOOT!
Kill 200 Cthonians. Went to Necropolis Interior, dinged 78 upon quest turn in.
Bastion of Chaos. Such a fun dungeon. Lots of Barrowholm rep too.
Kill 200 Cthonians. Back to Necropolis Interior.
Kill 200 Aetherials. I went to Crown Hill. Dinged 80.
Kill 8 Bosses. (1) Blackheart (2) Nicholas Balthazar (3) Dreven Cole, Alberran Rein, Cyrian Marcan (sadly 3 bosses only count as 1) (4) Ulraprax, Hive Matriarch (5) Father Abaddoth, Betrayer of Menhir (6) Balegore, Swamp King

Kill 200 Aetherials. Fort Ikon and the Plains of Strife.
I guess Nok really hates Cthonians and Aetherials.
Finished normal at level 80. Only 2 deaths. So, not bad. Now, it’s off to elite mode.
Act 1 Elite is done. Only got 4 levels, L84, but I did get a few upgrades. So that’s cool. Still at 2 deaths total. That’s good. Now, I am off to face Cronley and his evil band of baddies.
Crazy. I did more sheet deeps with my first poop toon at level 84. Oh well. Still having fun.
Act 2 Elite is done. L87. No more deaths. No new gear, but I got Revered with Devil’s Crossing. Off to Homestead and moar bug squashing. I KILLS EM GUD!!!
Act 3 Elite done. I barely dinged L91. Nothing new besides the levels and a small increase in poop deeps. Yup. Throw poop. Monsters die. It never gets old, especially as a werewolf. Well, hopefully I will ding L94 by the end of Act 4 so I can equip ma upgrades befor starting FoA goodness.
Died at level 92 while doing Sacred Ashes quest. I wasn’t really paying attention. I tagged a totem and was way too slow on the potion and heal spells. Ironically, I was thinking about my next poop toon. ROFL! Serves me right. I need to finish what I have started before I make another one.
Got to Nemesis reputation with the Cthonians at level 94 (yup, upgrades await). Kind of odd. I usually get Nemesis with Beasts first around level 81-83. I have 1,381 rep to go with beasts. So, I guess I will see ol’ Kuba and/or the Underking in FoA.
Act 4 Elite done. Level 95. 3 total deaths. I didn’t do the Hidden path tho. Since I have all my devotion points, no Port of Valbury or Bastion of Chaos. I’ll head straight to Asterkarn. I have a feeling I’ll ding level 100 before the first half is done. Tho I am curious what level I will be when I hear that Nemesis horn. Only one way to find out. Off to do the last part of this journey. 10 days in the making. So many mobs were harmed by poop in the making of this adventure. Many moar to come.
Opt’d not to get a level 90 relic. I like the one I am using. Got Nemesis reputation with Beasts at level 96.
