Cloud Saves in Grim Dawn, on Steam… how do they work, exactly?
I upgraded my PC to Windows 10, reverted it back to 7, got legion files corrupted, and had to reinstall everything, including Grim Dawn.
It’s a pain in the ass, I think, but hey - at least I play Grim Dawn online these days.
So once I got everything patched up again (shout outs to manual updates KB3083710 and to KB3102810), I went to reinstall Grim Dawn.
And my Cloud files were from Mid-April.
So, 3-4 fresh level 30s gone, and my Warder reverted to level 60.
The only “good” thing to come of it, is he is now sitting at 0 deaths vs. 1 due to mentally zoning out whilst standing in an aether pool.
Ugh to the 25 level grind, though.
Do we have to update the cloud ourselves, or does it do it automatically, normally, with my case being but a random fluke?
I thought it was the latter.
