At nearly 5000 hours
let us Conclude

I got a full Kriegs gear
My armor is 3k full absorb and since i farm loki for a long time in the past all my Resists are close to 90% and +40 or more over cap

But when i got into the Desert i took 3 hours to Complete the Main Quest Line …

Coming back for more : SR , Crate boss and even the Maggots run up to 40k physical dps ONE SHOT

So you can remove Kriegs Set from the game as well as many other stuff because its totally useless
I also Will not pay for the 2nd Support package since DEVs now ruined the game

I can make a new char Number 17+ to fix it but i just feel a Slap into the Face

and maybe thats how Death Knights once fought for freedom now become hollow like the game . I am very sad at the Evolution Forgotten gods take and i will uninstall the game very soon

Impressive, since nothing’s changed for the Death Knight nor the Krieg set in a long time and I’d still consider it a very strong option…

Krieg was changed slightly before FG hits.Some flat damage was moved from set completion bonus to Reckless power.

But that doesn’t change things generally.This post is a exemplary of overreacting.

Taking aggro of all bosses in SR, I can easily tell this is the case. Facetaking Maggots, which I believe he meant the ones before Crate boss, which are oneshotting about 99.99354375% of builds (there’s only Arcanist that doesn’t get oneshotted because of Mirror, Nightblade too but he won’t escape at all) and Crate boss destroys 99% of AoE builds, and Krieg set is a rather AoE set.

Krieg set was straight up buffed, if I am not mistaken. But it was still a pretty good set, if not one of the best in FG. It hasn’t been touched at all in FG, iirc, so there’s no way this set has gotten worse.

Moreover, there are no item changes that impact the game much that are not documented in the patch notes.

i though the krieg set was intended to be one of the most accessible starter set for death knight/battle mage instead of top tier sr/crucible set?

also, i don’t recall seeing any loki in grim dawn. i though he’s stuck in titan quest complaining to its dev about him not able to join surtr to go jolly coop on pesky looters.

Just because you have set x does not mean your char will be godly or that you will become a much better players :stuck_out_tongue:

as many have replied, Krieg set is a good mid-tier set.

Death Knights are not dead wtf are you talking about?

Krieg’s set is pretty flexible and strong for how easy it is to get. (Relative to random drops of other items and sets)

And not necessarily restricted to Death Knight for bulds: physical EoR, physical Drain Essence, aether versions, etc.

A lot of fun potential.

It’s better for DK,but originally was only Battlemage set.Still the coolest build with it is CT+ Devastation Spellbinder.

You mean those maggots that you are supposed to use CC moves because their CC resists are literally zero and in some instances, in the negatives? Yeah, you are supposed to CC the maggots and not tank them.

It is. Those Maggots do more raw Physical Damage than Ravager/Callagadra combined.

krieg dk is good but not amazing, personally I don’ think death knights perform very well anymore compared to some other specs. With the perfect setup krieg dk will perform well but not THAT well. I’ve had alot of people say to me about how weak their death knight feels now compared to their other classes and I felt the same playing one and trying out dozens of different specs which all seemed kinda meh. The best one i tried was madlee’s beronath death herald but even that had issues.

yes there where some issues

i thought i was a tank build but dual cast kriegs make me vulnerable (i got aggro so much ) to correct this : post i love kriegs debuff but i have to stick with a group so pls forgive myself i just didnt know i am a tank no more

like what jawa said, op shouldn’t say death knight is useless just because it can’t tank those easter egg maggots that aren’t meant to be fought. try looking around for death knight builds to improve your char.

Oh i died a few Times but my Friend and me we killed All Maggotz so its ok as i told before that i understand that joke now
