Simplified gameplay, decent area of effect damage
I was trying to make a build that required only a single button to be played most of the time, and I got this.
Active Skills: Raise Skeletons, Summon Hellhound. Blood of Dreeg/Aspect of the Guardian, Curse of Frailty, Sovereign
Toggle Skills: Bonds of Bysmiel
Core gear:
-Bysmiel’s domination (relic): very important against physical damage and good speed/damage boost to pets
-Immovable warden’s fortress of Arcane Barriers: not a pet item, but good physical and aether resistances.
-Plaguebearer’s Korvaak Burning Blade of Caged Souls: nice RR that requires weapond damage to be applied
-Fiendflesh mantle/greaves: necessary to keep the character alive, due to it’s low health.
Relevant Devotion Skills:
-Viper: not a skill itself, but applies 20% total elemental RR to target.
-Fissure (Raise Skeletons): nice AoE damage and stun chance
-Nature’s Guardians
-Eldritch Fire (Summon Hellhound)
-Tsumani: the skill itself is not strong, but has low cooldown, good range, high chance to be triggered and weapon damage, spreading RR from the dagger and viper devotion.
Performance: Crucible 1-170 completed. Four deathchill beacons (two fully upgraded) and no blessings. Very fast in the beggining, then entered “crucible hard mode” (when you see the fire tornadoes at wave 66), and lost the time bonus four times after wave 99. I was not going to make any tower, but changed my mind at wave 160. Good suvivability, good AoE damage. Get’s 63% + 1/5 fire RR (plus 40% vitality) by just using Curse of Frailty, allowing me to play for very long withouth getting tired, using only two buttons (including directional) most of the time. I just curse the group of enemies my pets are attacking, then see the waves making the broken shield icon appear over their heads. Lost the time bonus most of the time for 3-4 seconds, so this build has some potencial (I didi not try that blessing stuff yets, I dont even know well what they are). Not my best Crucible Score, but works fine.
