So while testing a few different things I found you can get manticore/mogdrogen/azraaka together, but you drop giants blood. Maybe doable with Giant’s Blood, but haven’t looked into it enough.
You can replace the weapon at that point, and for aether res, there’s an augment from bysmiel that gives you hp + aether res while giving pets crit dmg + health.
A lot of the devotions can be changed around. Lotus, wolverine, hawk, so on and so forth.
Sidenote, even when ishtak isn’t proccing I’ve been finding that I don’t really draw aggro that much if I 1 point ember claw/ground slam, especially with the beastcaller set.
P.S. I know you hate energy potions – Wondering if you’re aware that mogdrogen’s pact gives energy regen as you level it I think that’s why I don’t really have problems with primal spirit
Aye, you can have both manticore and sand lady + moggy. But especially given the recent buff to Giant’s blood, I am a bit reluctant to drop it. I did try to see if you can have them all, but you fall short of a single devotion point
I agree that Ishtak isn’t really necessary for aggro management if you are going Beastcaller’s. But the rest of it is still pretty neat
Yes, I am aware on Moggy pact providing energy regen. And to be perfectly honest, when I complain about energy problems it is more in regards to situations like when facing Ravager or Crucible Unbuffed and Unbannered where your pets die alot. Normally you won’t run into energy issues.
Crucible 151-170, with 4 Blessings & Banner:https://i.imgur.com/i9ghrjq.jpg
No potions/consumables used. Easy enough to do half-asleep
Note: the crucible run above was using the Callagadra setup, meaning an un-optimized build that sacrifices the RR from Wind Devils for more laziness. Also it uses Ishtak, so Moggy setup would be much faster. And last but not the least, enemies run away more in the current crucible and I have no idea why.
I’ve been mashing f5 on grimtools for a while now. Really looking forward to seeing this new build. Already had some fun with EoR but I always end up coming back to pets.
Arcane Bombs might do good here, but it kind of feels clunky and I will have to give up Blizzard for it
I am also thinking of going for the first 2 nodes of Menhir for the extra DA. Plus some points can be taken from CoF since 100% of Physical dmg gets converted.
I TC’d a Archon pet thingy in the TC thread. Theorizing mostly around the Primal Instinct and max pet retaliation. Shaman basically does everything. It did have EoR for proc machine and fun.
There are really only 2 specific skill lines in OK that benefit a pet build: the retaliation/OA aura and the RR player-scaled pet.
Movement skills can be good if you move far enough, as pets will “teleport” with you if they get too far away.
Pet retaliation is potentially good, though with ~1500%? retal and some fairly substancial numbers, in theory.
Hm… it might be an interesting concept to try out. But, no I haven’t tried something like that. So no idea how to even go about it. Will take alot of testing and trial and error. I am interested to hear about the results if you get the time to test it out
As for the superboss, I may have kind of got carried away with Cally as you can see from my previous posts.
[Rant]
It decimated my 210K Hp Primal Spirit like it was made of paper. My Double Briarthorns got their glowing butts handed to them and Chillmane, Ognapesh and Hellhound simply vanished.
Admittedly that kind of turned things a bit personal. I had become too used to rolling over stuff, I guess.
Then tried out Bysmiel’s Trinkets and well… the Birbs have no concept of what a superboss is and don’t care that it should be a difficult fight.
On one hand I am happy that pets still got it even after the “nerfs”. On the other, I am both worried about future nerfs and sad that the nerf to Familiars hurt Briarthorn builds and just buffed the Birds even more.

Now I still have Shattered Realms and the Secret Superboss to try. After that, go full crazy on the builds
hello what about the The Budget Fluffy, can i lvl up with it and work to get some of the sets that you have for the other build? it is my frist caracter and i don’t have anything xD. ohh is there a way to not make your caracter just sit there when your mouse is over an enemy i kind of am a siting duck i have the move to on my mouse thing.
it is my frist caracter and i don’t have anything xD.
The build only shows items for endgame. Meaning, it will still take some time before you gather everything for the Budget Fluffy. And you will have to make do with whatever you find on the way until you get everything you need.
After that, you should be able to farm the Crucible (if you have bought the dlc) or do Shattered Realms, Skeleton Key Dungeons etc.
ohh is there a way to not make your caracter just sit there when your mouse is over an enemy i kind of am a siting duck i have the move to on my mouse thing.
That should not be happening as if you “move to” on your left mouse button then it should not lock you in place regardless of where you click.
Do you have perhaps set it in your options to lock on to the target? If so, then uncheck it.
niceee, then i will fallow that when the website is working. what i mean is when i mouse over an enemy, the icon turns to a sword and, i click to move but it goes to the enemy insend of just move on, i thinking maby coz i have them outline or something, i will look at it more.
Apparently the loot does not scale past 75 (76?). So not much of a point going deeper than that. Once you conquer Shard 75, you can use the Celestial Waystone to start at 75.
