Magi gives 3 green bonus points if you complete it. Are you sure you did so? Or are you confusing Magi with the Torch constellation which is a Tier 3 one and doesn’t give any at all?
Please, do try it out.

That’s some detailed bug report right there. You could at least attach a screenshot of devotion map.
