Personally, I think a house 3x as big as that is wayyy too much. As it stands he probably only uses 1/4 of the house anyway…
Just saying, not really contributing to this argument or saying someone wouldn’t have a house that big. For me, it’s way too much but I’m just a poor boy from a poor family.

Well, I’m assuming Smith started out poor himself. Or close enough. He got a lucky break fairly early in life tho which he obviously used to great success as he grew older.
I couldn’t see myself buying something even close to that to live in if I got so lucky.
Then again, maybe money really does go to your head the more you get.
