Aether Blade Arc incoming.
The Spectral War Axe is a Monster Infrequent (MI) item and already includes some extra stats on its own. Prefix adds chaos and suffix fire stats to the mix. A Conjurer or an Elementalist would profit from this.
Took me probably 50 Valbury runs to get one with the right prefix/affix for pure phys weapon.
