I’m not sure this is a practical build. I tend to build characters around either a theme, a few damage types, or a devotion, it seems like. This is none of those things. This is a hot mess of cold, frostburn, and, a bit of pierce & poison.
I’m mostly posting this here to come back to later and maybe mess around with. I feel like this build would “work” in part because it lends itself well to a couple of factions in particular, and, I think, would scale up nicely as you went. I imagine there’d be tinkering in practice. But it’d probably be fun. I’ll peek at the previously posted builds and see if there’s something else to look to for guidance.
