I’m lurking at this items since a while now thinking about building a Rune of Hagarrad vitality build, but I can’t find a build that could make it. Anyone has any idea please ?
I was first thinking about an Onslaught build but it doesn’t looks like it will work. I thought that occultist might be a good secondary class here for RR mostly but can’t find anything promissing.

There aren’t any off-hands that make for good Vitality RoH playing, so I use the Scorv helm to enable dual-wielding these items. Fully recommend.
Do you know the breakpoints of artifact handling for extra roh charges in playtest changes? If there’s another one at 20/10 we could swap pants for reaper’s chausses maybe

Didn’t think about this helmet for dual.
Looks like Necro is the way to go. Don’t really like bone harvest though. What do you think about a variant using Occultist?
I’ve been looking at the same thing. Currently running cold rune as a Runekeeper and it’s a very fun build and rune has satisfying explosions and damage, But apostate dual wielding this would be Neato. How’s it play?
Do wonder if given your focus on rune dropping some points in renewal, BH and SS etc in favor of maxing RR, deadly aim, artifact handling, call of the grave, harbinger etc would be beneficial.
