I’ve been considering this title for a while and it’s now on sale. How do people feel about the game? Has it lived up to your expectations? Would you recommend now that you’ve played it? I’ve been playing MMO’s for a long time and think a departure from that might be refreshing. Thanks

Welcome to the forum. Been playing it for a few+ years now. In my case, yes, it has lived up to my expectations and more and I always recommend it.
The game is the best thing that can happen to a person who loves arpgs. The downsides are the ones typical of the genre ( some grinding mainly); also people used to mmo want some sort of “endgame” content, in gd the endgame is loot hunting and trying different builds. You won’t find infinite dungeons or paragon systems here.
i can definitely recommend the game, I wasn’t a ARPG player before when i purchased this game back in november 2013 but I sure am one now 
the game has a lot to offer regarding farming and searching for secrets, it is also fun with friends (tho it has no servers but uses a “peer to peer” connection)
and especially since it is now on sale it is a must buy imo
No! A big No! I’m afraid the game is too addicting that it could ruin your precious life!
