Time stop freeze slow build ?

Looking at the Time Stop devotion skill, it can petrify (bosses?) for 3 secs at max level and then a further 3 secs of slow

So I assume one can stack other slow/ freeze sources such as Flash Freeze, Nightblade’s Chill aura and some Relics and other skill items on top as well,
Things will move in slow motion or not at all.
Should make it very safe for a glass cannon type

Been thinking of such a build

Has anyone attempted this?

Don’t forget Ring of Frost.

I’d say level as a PB build while working toward getting all your slow/freeze skills. Less points invested than if you went dual wield, plus it’s safer.

Seems like it doesn’t work on Bosses and heroes, so what’s the point?! :undecided:

The is no time stop build. No slow build. No freeze build. Since most bosses, heroes and champs don’t give a shit about that debuffs.
