Tonic of Mending and Elixer of Spirit do not remain assigned on the Quickslot Bar

With v1.2.0.3 on Steam, when Tonic of Mending and Elixer of Spirit are assigned to the Quickslot Bar, the assignments are lost after exiting the game.

you don’t even have to exit the game, just restarting the session with the same character will result in loss of the quickbar assignments.
