I have a question. What does XP to Level Ratio mean in the stats menu? Is it a way to increase the amount of xp you get to level up? If so what do you type into the box to increase exp gains?
Edit: Just realized I can’t enter anything into the box. I remember that in the old version for Titans Quest you could adjust exp gains, attributes per level up, skill points per level up, and increase drop chances. Any chance of Grim Defiler getting that functionality for Grim Dawn?
I get the following error message when attempting to run this. Have extracted to root of game.

I’ve just lost about 100 hours of playtime because i reformatted my pc, but now when i try to download GD Deflier i get this wierd (HOPEFULLY) false positive from the Setup from your website soul.
The detection is about something called IDP.ALEXA.51. from what i’ve found this seems to be a false positive from AVG’s database but i can’t confirm this.
this might be connected with the people above me talking about not being able to run the program.
I installed AoM parallel to the my installation of GD crucible. Removed and reinstalled Defiler and I can’t seem to find any saved toons from AOM.
I even searched manually for the saved files in my games etc.
Also oddly when defiler starts it says ver 0.1.0.0 but shows latest changes news and 0.2.1.0. When i run “settings” i get an unhandled exception but click continue and as able to set GD dir to the new AOM, but still with all the same results above.
Any clues to move forward?
Thankas
You don’t need to be signed or something to view images, it’ is free hosting.
The screenshot shows the icmp request result from the router’s WAN interface - the site is blocked by ISP, not local soft.
So I just arrived here, and after reading the OP’s post there is no indication as to what this mod does at all so I have no idea what this is even about.
Loaded the latest version of Defiler and pointed it at my new AoM install. When I start it it always finds only my GD crucible toons. under settings and install dir is pointing to AOM install. A
Any clues?
I’m also having an issue where a new toon on AOM is not visible in GD Defiler, and then some older toons I’ve recently deleted are still visible. Not sure where the issue is.
*I’ve also searched for my new AOM player.gdc file in Windows and get zero results for it.
I use Windows explorer search. One AOM character file shows up but the newer one does not. There are also older files for toons I’ve deleted in-game. GD Defiler pulls the same results.
If the file system agrees with the Defiler, the Defiler shows the right results… sounds like the dir you use to look up chars is different from the one GD uses to store them, so I assume this is an issue of local vs cloud save dir
