Yes, they are only on the single _ ( underscore ) ones as you say, I checked the double __ ( underscore ) ones and there are No player.g00 / 09
What is the current version 1.1.8b?
When is the next update that adds the new code etc?
thanks
thanks, then I am not sure why the changes did not register though, as GD should also ignore the __ chars
yes, 1.1.8b, always whatever version the OP has
When is the next update that adds the new code etc?
No idea, whenever I get around to / feel like adding what I want to be in the next version basically. Are you waiting for something in particular ?
Just the fix for items to display the new skill recharge affixes
Thanks for the hint. The gdstash user folder was missing. I copied from the good user and changed the paths. Now I can run from the batch but the jar still wonât run on a double click. Can you think of a reason the bat works but not the jar directly?
that is probably a matter of what is associated with the .jar extension, some tools like WinRAR associate themselves with it because a .jar is basically a .zip, thereby preventing Java from running it
Is there a way to back up illusions and transfer them to a modded save? Just started using my old mods, but now Iâm terrible shocked to see that simply copying the âtransmutes.gstâ file to my mod save folder doesnât work.
That is correct, for some reason it wasnât registering any Stat changes. I did install the GD Stash program having downloaded it from Mod DB to try and solve the issue, not sure if that was what fixed it because before I was trying from an option I got from this forum, which did not require an install as I only had to run the java.exe of the program
Thanks Again for your help, itâs working Ok now.
No, but what you can do is select the mod on the Config page and then press the button. This way the modded items go to the transmutes file of the mod.
Here is a question (or feature request):
Is there a way to take all items except duplicates from a stash tab and put them into the GD Stash?
The idea being any items you didnât already own are now in your GD Stash, and anything left behind you do already own and are free to dismantle/sell.
Thanks!
what happens when you move them and some already are in the tool ? Have not really tried that, but might be what you are looking for
EDIT: or do you mean if I eg have the same unique stored already, a second drop of it shoyld not be added ? Not sure how useful that woukd be as two drops have different stats, so I would not just throw awaythe second without comparig them first
Hey Mamba,
i think i found a small bug in your tool. in the âChar Transferâ Tab, if i want to delete/move items from the âchar stashâ to the db, i canât use the âsave charâ button. If i use the same functions for âinventoryâ or âbagâ, i can save char;)
Thx for the Tool
AmunRe
That would be a bug, will have to check that.
Hey Mamba
I just downloaded ur tool and the newest version of jre, i choose the right path for the save and installation folder of grim dawn but when i press import database it takes some time and after a while it gives me some error messages and nothing happens. I canât access the other tabs of the tool only the configuration one, would rlly appreciate it if u could help me out.
Thanks!
Since you do not mention what messages you are getting, I can only guess that you ran out of heap space.
Use the 64bit JRE, not 32bit if you are on a 64bit OS, or make sure the .bat file points to where your java.exe is and use that.
Yes. So letâs say I get 2 of the same item⌠perhaps an âEmpowered Falconâs Clawâ, but I canât remember if I have one or not.
What I think would be helpful is if when I go to add it to my GD Stash, I get a warning saying something like:
âDuplicate item has been found. Transfer anyway?â
Right now if I just move everything to GD Stash I may end up with 5 of the same item, which means Iâm not dismantling them in game, which Iâd much rather do that have 10 Empowered Falconâs Claws sitting around.
The only way (that I know of) to check to see if you have one stashed already is to search for every item individually, which is very tedious and sometimes impossible depending on the amount of drops.
Maybe make it an option you can turn on or off for people who donât find it useful. For late-game items I would compare stats, but for low to mid-level items I wouldnât care too much about having the absolute best.

This is the message iâm getting tho somestimes there comes way more messages, iâm using a 64bit JRE tho not sure how to make the .bat file point to where my java.exe is?
Also how do i free up heap space?
Ive got the new DLC installed, but i cant played it yet because my friend wont buy it until we finished the main game. When i try to use GD Stash it only shows me the shared Stash from the DLC and i cant edit the Main Game Stash, meaning it wont save for me at all. Is there a work around?
yeah, that is the heap space issue, are you sure you use a 64bit Java ? This would be the first time that this issue happened with 64bit afaik
As to makiing the b.bat point to your java.exe
- figure out where your java.exe is
- edit the .bat file so the path to java.exe in it matches the dir in which you have it
Also how do i free up heap space?
you increase the heap space by running the .bat
