No, but it should be associated with Java, so double-clicking it starts the tool (otherwise you have to start it via the .bat).
Usually installing Java will associate .jar with it.

Prefix / suffix list needs updating.
Searching by modifiers needs updating
Feature request: Search for affixes by typing.
IE to search for all affixes with cooldown reduction, I could type âcooldownâ
if you are missing some, import the GD data again, that should update the list
Feature request: Search for affixes by typing.
IE to search for all affixes with cooldown reduction, I could type âcooldownâ
that would be a big change, as the text is not actually stored with the item / affix
Will have to check whether there is a flag for it in the affix filter
No mate, I tried that 3 times already.
Here are examples:
Some items donât consider âNecromancerâ a valid prefix even though it is. IE Deathâs Gaze. (Every other class prefix can be selected).
There is no +1 to mark of torment âNecromancerâ prefix.
Relics give completion bonus even when deselected. (I thought this was depreciated?)
Some modifiers are actually missing in the list. I know not all skills have modifiers but an item dropped on one skill that wasnât in the list. I canât remember which it was now.
Hope this helps
Components have no completion bonus, will have to check that Necromancer thing.
tldr for a newbie pls: does it work with cloud saves?
storing items works fine (copy, not move, so you do not change the game file), to put items back into the stash, you should first exit the game.
Local saves have no restrictions like that and are definitely recommended.
Eh⌠can you clarify?
When i start GDS, it wants from me a save directory, which is empty (in GD Steam folder) or none at all (in Documents)
So guess not
Local saves have no restrictions like that and are definitely recommended.
I sometimes play from different PCâs, which made cloud quite useful.
local saves are in my documents, cloud saves in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\folder of numbers\219990\remote\save
the more you know⌠duh.
Thanks a lot.
<intense testing commenses>
Okay, i got it. Thanks again.
A nitpick for âCollecionâ tab: can you make âFound itemsâ mode the default one?
Hi mamba, just to let you know Iâve got it working now. Usual problem, needed Java to be installed again. It would really help if Oracle labelled their downloads so you knew which one you were downloading. Did it and found it was only the 32bit version and the program ran out of space. Had to hunt up the 64bit, but that did the trick.
I could, I just am not sure that is any better as then I have no idea what else is available / I am missing. At least I find that more interesting than what I already have.
But you canât equip items that you donât have Which is the reason for stash after all - to look for what is avaiable for you. If you need to check all of items in the game, how it is any different than simple item database? :undecided:
Not that it is really matter in the end.
If you want to look at what you have so you can equip it, that is what the Transfer page is for
The collection page is for you to see how complete your collection is
Actually got that myself before noticing yours reply
Question: any way i can edit quantity of the reagents? Imported whole page from stash, not really want to manually go over all of the reagents and picking them 1-by-1 (and then again, and again, and⌠ugh)
they should stack in the tool, resulting in you transfering them in sets of 100 back to your char / stash. At least that is true for completed components, partial ones are not automatically combined
Do you mean⌠nwm, checking for myself
After three blanket imports i got 165 Chilled steel in stash :(, tho it puts them back indeed by stacks of 100. Is there any limit for stack size in stash?
thus, [feature request]:
in the tool ? no. In game ? no idea.
Many stackable items define their stack size in their data however, in which case I use that, otherwise I default it to 100, which most items use anyway
thus, [feature request]:
- allow search for [any] partial component of [any] completion
- allow multi-selection of search result for deletion from stash
- limit any component in stash to stack of 100
you should find one stack of completed components plus all partials separately when searching for components. There is no distinction between partial and complete in the search currently. Will think about adding criteria for this, but does not feel all that important
you can delete one line from the result and then delete the next, only takes a few âdeleteâ button presses (the line below the one you deleted will get selected after a deletion, unless there is no line below, in which case the line above gets selected, so you frequently can delete several lines right after each other without selecting them first)
there is no need to limit the stack size in the tool. If you have 165 components in one stack in the DB and add it to your stash, 100 get transferred to your stash while 65 remain in the DB (assuming you move them), if you transfer the rest, you get a second stack of 65 components
Personally, I only store completed components
Personally, I only store completed components
I would totally do that too, but:
only takes a few âdeleteâ button presses
Even with a list like this one: https://imgur.com/a/162Ss ? (about 3.5 times longer in total compared to what is shown on one screen)
(assuming you move them)
well, on previous page you said yourself that i have to copy them with cloud saves
edit:
Seems like i found a bug in deletion.
I started to delete that long list from prev screen, and it sometimes doubles entries:
In this case, i deleted completed Attuned Lodestone (3 pcs), and the record under cursor transformed to partial Attuned Lodestone (2 pcs) double
